I am a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker who also carries the prestigious GRI designation. I attribute my 19 plus years of real estate success to the personalized attention I provides my clients. I believe in nurturing client relationships through patience, communication and working through problems to attain a viable solution for everyone involved.

Prior to my notable career in real estate, I worked in direct sales and retail sales. This experience helped define the high level of service, integrity and professionalism that I now strive for today.

I remember how overwhelming and complicated the home buying process can be. With the myriad of details and requirements relating to each transaction, I apply my excellent organizational skills and knowledge of market trends to minimize difficulties and make each transaction as smooth as possible.

As a native of Erie, I am a champion of all the wonderful things Northwest Pennsylvania has to offer from a wide range of real estate opportunities and reasonably priced homes to picturesque landscapes and an overall wonderful place to raise a family.

I am a strong believer in being involved in the community in which you live. I am also an active member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR) where I have served on the Board of Directors and Finance and Education Committees. I also volunteer my time with various non-profit organizations and am a big supporter of the arts in Erie.

I have two grown sons, one living in Erie and the other in Seattle and I am the proud grandmother of three year old Addy. Spending precious “grandma time” with Addy is a priority in my life. I also am an avid gardener and literary enthusiast.

I am pleased to spend the next chapter in my career working with such a well recognized and respected real estate group. We share the common goal of working together to make our community a better place to live and work. I am fortunate to have a strong client referral base and with my affiliation with Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services, I look forward to serving both new and former clients, their families and their friends.
